Is everything that you make natural?
Yes! We only use high quality natural ingredients in all our products. This includes sugars, salts, oils, essential oils, waxes and all other ingredients. 

Are your products made in the New Zealand? 
Yes, all our products are hand made in our small production facility in Auckland, New Zealand. 

Do you test on animals?
 We are happy to report that neither we nor our suppliers engage in animal testing. All of our products are Vegan except The Yoni Moon Warming Massage Balm and the Massage candles that contain beeswax. 

Where do you source your Lunar ingredients from?
All our ingredients are sourced from New Zealand companies, some of which source them from their natural country of origin. We do research to make sure these companies align with our philosophies and ethics. 

What is the shelf life of your products?
The ingredients used in our products are completely natural, we do not use any unnatural preservatives whatsoever. Therefore; our products do have a shelf life, typically 6-12 months, depending on the product and its storage. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and stored at room temperature or below, they will remain fresh longer. We also use Vitamin E in some of our products to extend the natural shelf life and keep the oils in their freshest and most potent form. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis

Do your products contain any nut oils?
Yes, most of our products contain nut oil. These types of nut oils typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, but we recommend consulting your doctor first if you have a nut allergy.


How soon can I expect my order?
After an order is placed, please allow up to one week for shipping. Our products are handmade from the mixing, packaging and sending. Therefor our items may take longer to get to you than other mass produced products. We like to ensure you receive our products at their freshest point. Please let us know if you need an item by a certain date and we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. 

For International Orders: Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Is it safe to use your products alongside Retinol/Accutane products?

Our products contain nurturing, hydrating and nourishing ingredients that support the health and resiliency of skin that is exposed to retinol products. This is with the exception of our Aster Radiance Body Polish— it should be used with caution, depending on the strength and frequency of retinol use.
